With over 24 years of experience in product management, I am passionate about helping organisations leverage product management to drive business value with products customers love. As the co-founder and CEO of Brainmates and Leading the Product, I lead a team of experienced product experts who deliver practical, product-led change to clients across various domains and industries. Through our unique frameworks and proven Product-Led Program, we have enabled hundreds of organisations to uplift their product capability and improve their business outcomes. We also champion the product management community by hosting the Leading the Product event, which brings together international and local thought leaders and practitioners to share their insights and best practices. As a certified facilitator of LEGO® Serious Play®, I use this creative and collaborative method to help teams solve complex problems and generate innovative ideas.
