FAQ
Questions people ask
Is it free?
Yes. No signup, and it runs in your browser, so your draft is never sent anywhere.
Where does LinkedIn cut a post off?
After the first three lines in the feed, counting blank lines. Because lines wrap differently, that lands in a different place on desktop and on mobile.
How long can a LinkedIn post be?
Up to 3,000 characters. The counter turns red if you go over.
Will it look the same on LinkedIn as it does here in the preview?
Almost exactly. The preview uses LinkedIn's own feed widths and text size, so your lines wrap and “...more” cuts in the same places. If LinkedIn changes its layout, a line may move slightly.
