I work in games, but what I care most about is helping people who love video games find work, find their footing, and feel supported no matter what the industry throws at them. The games industry has gone through historic layoffs. I created Always Supporting the Games Community (ASGC) in 2022 to make sure people weren't left behind. Behind every placement, every coaching session, and every resource is a real person who deserves a fair shot. That's the only metric that matters. Today, ASGC is the largest free support initiative in games. Powered by thousands of volunteer coaches, it has facilitated over 100K free career conversations, built 60+ free resources across LinkedIn, Discord, and asgc.gg, partnered with major global events for thousands of free passes, and helped thousands land new roles. I'm also a Business Development Director at Tencent Games in North America, with two decades across Amazon, Veeam, VMware, Dell EMC, and Goldman Sachs. At Amazon, I led BD and strategy for Prime Gaming and served as Principal Producer for Amazon Games. I hold an MBA from Wharton, an MB in Biotech from the University of Pennsylvania, an MPA from NYU, and a BS in Finance from Boston College.
