Life has been providing me with many opportunities, relationships, knowledge and growth. My working life, which began more than 15 years ago, is based on a series of opportunities that I had the courage to embrace and on the ability to reinvent myself. My first internship was at Toshiba, during college. I have always worked as if I were the owner of the company, seeking the best for the company and for the people. At Siemens, I was an intern, trainee, in Industrial Automation, responsible for the states of Minas Gerais and São Paulo. Individual and collective goals were always surpassed, and I was fortunate enough to win 3 campaigns. In 2011 I went to Omron as an intrapreneur and open a branch to cover 5 states. I built a high-performance team with more than 10 professionals, who stood out for the energy we transmitted. We were a heterogeneous team driven by diversity. I took an MBA at FGV to develop skills in People Management and Business Management, with an international extension in OHIO. The dream of being an entrepreneur in this area made me shorten my time at GE in 2013. Along with colleagues, we started the Logix Group with a focus on Industrial Automation, Industrial IT and Electrical solutions. In industry 4.0, we work with consulting and technology in several corners of Brazil. In the 1st year, we already had 14M in business and, in 4 years, we became a group with 3 companies and 1 startup, 2 offices and 1 factory, more than 150 employees and 40M businesses in the last year, before the M&A. IT/OT convergence and success led us to opportunities, and we moved forward with one of them. In 2017, we became part of the Cast group. I took over as Lead Executive Officer of the Industry 4.0 BU, IoT, Automation and Energy for the private market. We carried out the takeover, transferring all control to Cast group, and training more than 30 managers. I have been at Accenture since 2019, having another opportunity to reinvent myself and be an intrapreneur. I am in charge for the Industry X Latam portfolio for 11 segments with transformational projects in the industries and strong performance with the C-Level both in the scope of strategy and consulting, as well as implementation and technology. I am a master’s degree student of Contemporary Organizational Management at FDC (Fundação Dom Cabral) and I also take several short courses. Currently, I know that having a positive impact on people and transforming companies is part of my legacy. I am a speaker, mentor, consultant and writer for magazines.
