Over three decades as a business leader in New Zealand, including 17 years as a Chief Executive, Chair and Director. Currently Chief Executive of Foodstuffs North Island – a co-operative of 300+ local grocery stores with over 25,000 employees and $10.8b in store revenue in FY24. Also Managing Director of Foodstuffs New Zealand, Chair of the Giltrap Group, and a Director for The New Zealand Initiative. Previously worked at Spark New Zealand/Telecom for 24 years including CEO roles leading the company’s transformation through a focus on people, customer and commercial outcomes. I believe sustained organisational success comes from being driven by customer insight and design, engaging people and purpose, and earning social licence to operate in our communities.
