I am the CEO and founder of Allocation Assist Middle East, a consultancy company that connects high caliber doctors to renowned hospitals in Dubai / UAE / Saudi Arabia / Qatar. In the recent years we have helped more than 500 + senior consultant doctors from various specialties and backgrounds find rewarding and fulfilling opportunities in the UAE and Middle East healthcare system.My passion for healthcare stems from my previous career as a registered nurse in the UK, where I gained valuable insights into the challenges and needs of both patients and healthcare professionals. I came up with the idea to start Allocation Assist in 2015 to leverage my expertise and network and to provide a personalized and comprehensive service to doctors who want to advance their careers and change their lives in one of the most progressive and dynamic regions in the world
