I'm a growth-obsessed CMO who happens to believe that the most effective marketing is also the most human - not as a trade-off with performance, but as the engine of it.Over 30+ years, I've helped define what modern marketing looks like at some of the most impactful brands in enterprise tech: Workday, Salesforce, Adobe, McAfee, and Macrovision. The through-line has always been the same: marketing built on substance over polish, courage over caution, and trust earned through proof and data points rather than promise. That means pipeline discipline and demand generation as much as brand, and an international perspective shaped by building and scaling teams across global markets. Along the way, that work has been recognized by Forbes, Fortune, and LinkedIn, all of which I'm genuinely grateful for, and all of which belong to the teams that made it possible.My conviction is what I call B2Human: technology should expand what people can do, not replace what makes them human. That belief shapes how I build teams, create demand, break into new markets, and tell stories that move people and numbers.I'm passionate about developing the next generation of marketing leaders, and believe the marketers who make the biggest impact are the ones who understand the business deeply enough to know which ideas matter, and have the growth mindset to keep learning as the business changes around them.
