I help leaders, HR professionals and organisations turn people potential into leadership, performance and business impact.I believe HR must understand the business, leaders must deliver through people, and professionals must learn to position their value.For almost three decades, I have worked at the intersection of people, leadership, business strategy and organisational performance, including more than two decades in HR leadership.I am an HR Executive | Leadership & Career Coach | Speaker | HR Thought Leader | Adviser | Mentor.As Director of Human Resources at Eko Hotels & Suites, I lead the people agenda for one of Africa's leading hospitality brands, translating business strategy into people, culture and organisational priorities.I am also Founder, Host & Lead Coach of HRwithEM®, where I help professionals become better leaders, strengthen their strategic influence, navigate career transitions and achieve greater impact.In 2017, I served as Interim CEO of Letshego MFB. That experience reinforced my conviction that HR becomes significantly more valuable when it understands how organisations make money, serve customers and execute strategy.I served as Chair of the HRCI Certification Council (2024–2026) and currently serve on the HRCI CEO Advisory Council.
