Creating 650 million smiles every day… That is the scale and responsibility behind serving as Chief Executive Officer of International Beverages at PepsiCo. The role spans PepsiCo’s beverage businesses outside North America across nearly 190 countries, including our Beyond the Bottle platforms, as well as oversight of the foods business in India. It operates through a global bottling system where alignment, governance and disciplined execution drive performance. A key priority is advancing a One System, One Voice agenda across our bottling network while scaling PepsiCo’s global partnerships with UEFA, Formula 1, Formula 1 Academy, and the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team. Across more than 30 years at PepsiCo in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, as well as global leadership roles, my focus has been on building aligned systems and strong teams that drive consumer-centric growth, reinforce trust, and deliver sustained performance. Outside of work, I enjoy immersing myself in different cultures, staying connected to technology, AI and innovation, and cycling, a habit shaped by my Dutch roots.
