As Co-Founder of Evermonte Executive & Board Search, I lead recruitment and succession projects for organizations going through decisive moments of growth, transformation, management professionalization, and governance strengthening.I also serve as an advisory board member and investor in technology companies, connecting my experience in executive search to the innovation ecosystem and supporting businesses through cultural and digital transformation processes.On a daily basis, I connect organizations with executives capable of sustaining growth cycles, strengthening culture, and expanding the business’s execution capacity.
