The former lawyer is the CEO of The Parenthood, a NFP advocacy organisation that represents over 80,000 parents, carers and allies around Australia. She is a regular media commentator and the author of Breaking Badly, her best-selling memoir recounting the nervous breakdown she suffered at age 25. Georgie is a regular guest on The Project, The Today Show, ABC Weekend Breakfast and has made appearances on Q&A, Weekend Sunrise, Studio 10, Lateline & Sky News. In addition to regular contributions to Marie Claire and a longtime column in the Sydney Morning Herald, her work has been published in The Guardian, Harper's Bazaar, The Financial Review, The Age and Sunday Life.
