About

Most brands don't have a creator problem. They have a creator program problem. Every campaign starts from zero, with new faces who don't know the brand yet. I'm a fractional creator program director. Brands hire me to find their creators, coach them, and manage the relationship, so the partnership gets better each cycle instead of starting over. I've run operations at scale before. As Chief of Air Force Lodging I managed 88 Air Force Inns and a $500M budget, the final post in 17 years of federal civilian service that followed 8 years of active duty in the Navy, including deployment aboard the USS John C. Stennis during Operation Enduring Freedom. As a contracted Director of Development and Digital Strategist for the Grunt Style Foundation, I mobilize a veteran creator network around suicide prevention and access to alternative healing modalities. That work contributed to campaigns preceding two executive orders and Governor Abbott's veto of Texas SB 3. The Foundation received a letter of commendation from the President of the United States for our work during the 2025 Texas floods. I came to this from the creator side. I built my own platform past 800K followers, with months exceeding 12 million views, and I'm a two-time #1 bestselling author. When I coach a creator, it's from having done the thing, not from having read about it. I scaled my online boutique, P.FLWD, to six figures over four years, entirely organic, on the back of 20+ dedicated influencers I recruited, coached, and built credibility for. That's where the bench model came from. Those creators got better every cycle because someone was actually developing them. The coaching is the piece that isn't standard. Most people in this space either source talent or run campaigns. Developing creators mid-partnership, teaching them what converts for one specific brand, is a third thing, and it's why these programs compound instead of resetting. San Antonio, working with brands anywhere.
