He partners with Microsoft engineering leaders to define the product experience across Copilot, Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft’s business applications. He advises and collaborates with decision makers who are navigating AI transformation firsthand. That vantage point gives him a rare, real-time read on how AI is changing the ways we work, where it creates value, and what it takes to become a Frontier Firm.   As the leader of Copilot Marketing, Jared connects that understanding across everyone Microsoft serves – from individuals weaving AI into their everyday work and life, to the organizations rewiring how they operate around it. His perspective is grounded in original research on the future of work, and in a conviction that AI can drive real savings and growth while expanding human agency, giving everyone the tools to tackle the world’s most pressing problems.   Outside of Microsoft, Jared does his most important work as a husband, father, grandfather, and church leader.
