Trained in transplant surgery at the University Hospitals of Heidelberg and Münster, my journey later took me to BCG. As a Partner in strategy consulting, I gained deep insights into the economic and technological structures of global healthcare systems.Having led dozens of consulting projects across the pharmaceutical and med-tech industries, hospitals, and insurance providers worldwide, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of these diverse sectors.
