I enjoy designing and delivering exceptional mobility programs for businesses, ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies.I collaborate closely with legal, engineering, and product teams to transform the immigration experience, from case strategy to scalable systems. This includes building out Alma’s cutting-edge immigration platform, intuitive workflows, case management tools, SLAs, reporting dashboards, self-service resources (FAQs, articles, and guides), and immigration program strategies, as well as advising on complex immigration matters as they arise.
