Hi I am Andrew. Dad, tennis lover, brunch fan, fantasy football addict and MD at Executives in Sport. After more than 20 years in executive search, leadership consulting and career coaching, I've seen the same pattern repeat itself. Brilliant people end up in the wrong organisations. Great businesses hire leaders who look impressive on paper but never truly fit. Careers stall, cultures suffer and performance declines. It doesn't have to be that way. Today I'm Managing Director of Executives in Sport Group, where we're building one of the world's leading executive search firms dedicated to sport. Why sport? Because I believe sport is one of the greatest forces for good in the world. It brings people together across cultures, inspires healthier lives, develops resilience and creates moments that stay with us forever. Behind every successful club, league, governing body and sports business are leaders who shape culture, inspire performance and leave a lasting legacy. Great sport deserves great leadership. That's why our purpose at EISG is to find the people who power the future of sport. Alongside my role at EISG, I continue to dedicate one day each week to Executive Career Jump, where I help senior leaders navigate career-defining moments. During the pandemic we supported more than 1,000 professionals through career transitions and reached millions through our content, podcast and coaching. I'm also the author of The Job Search Playbook, written to challenge outdated thinking about careers in a world where the best opportunities are rarely advertised. My own career has been far from conventional. I started as an Accountant before moving into executive search, where I've spent the last two decades helping founders, investors, boards and leadership teams build high-performing organisations across multiple industries.
