About
It is my honour to serve as the Victorian Commissioner for LGBTIQA+ Communities, leading systemic reform to advance the rights, safety and wellbeing of LGBTIQA+ people across Victoria. With a strong foundation in policy, advocacy and cross-sector collaboration, I work to amplify the voices of LGBTIQA+ communities, especially those most marginalised, and drive long-term structural change. I bring over two decades of leadership in community services and social justice, underpinned by a commitment to intersectionality, community accountability and strategic action. In this role, I oversee the implementation of Pride in our Future, Victoria’s landmark 10-year LGBTIQA+ strategy, ensuring its ambitions are grounded in community needs and delivered through tangible, measurable outcomes. I collaborate closely with government, community organisations and service systems to ensure inclusion is not only promised but practised.
