John Hammond is a cybersecurity researcher, educator and content creator. As part of the Adversary Tactics team at Huntress, John spends his days investigating hacker tradecraft and telling the stories behind current threats. Previously, as a Department of Defense Cyber Training Academy instructor, he taught the Cyber Threat Emulation course, educating both civilian and military members on the adversarial mindset and real-world attacks. John is an online YouTube personality, showcasing live demonstrations of malware, vulnerabilities, exploits, and broader cybersecurity education.
