CEO of ISS France with a turnover of €420M and 20,000 employees, and CEO of CCI France, head of the CCI network with a turnover of €5Bn and 26,000 employees, I have turned around eISS France by making the break even in 2021 and negotiated new remunerated missions for the CCIs in order to compensate for the -700M€ of working capital. The impact missions I am in charge of require the definition and implementation of complex projects and transformations involving multiple stakeholders. In this ever-changing world, transformations must be continuous and experiential. The process counts even more than the result. This is why I promote and implement collaborative and co-construction processes to develop the entities I manage. This imposes on the leader a posture of listening, respect and humility which is the guarantee of increased performance and sustainable and measurable results. In particular: -12.5% HQ G&A for Engie with the redesign of all head office departments, successful implementation of an HR system for CCI, EBIT 0 after three years of losses (up to -€50M) for ISS France, a home-made business project for Cofely, defined in 9 months and deployed from 2015 to 2020. Engaging women and men to make the transformation an opportunity for progress, agility and innovation is my greatest driving force. Moreover, my long-standing CSR experience is one of the key levers for innovation and transformation, and therefore for developing the business.
