About

Khaled Al Huraimel is the Group Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of BEEAH Group, a Sharjah-headquartered group operating across environmental services, clean energy, real estate, healthcare, technology and digital infrastructure.Since BEEAH began operations in 2009, Khaled has led its transformation from a waste management company into a diversified regional group, building and scaling businesses across sectors that are increasingly important to the future of cities, economies and communities.Under his leadership, BEEAH has achieved landfill diversion rates exceeding 90%, pioneered waste-to-energy in the UAE, expanded across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt, and developed new platforms spanning sustainable cities, healthcare, digital transformation, AI and critical infrastructure.A central focus of his work is institution building, bringing together government, business, technology and international partners to create organisations and platforms designed for long-term economic, environmental and social impact. This includes Khalid Bin Sultan City, a next-generation urban development master-planned by Zaha Hadid Architects; the expansion of BEEAH’s technology, AI and data infrastructure capabilities; and the development of the Jawaher Boston Medical District in collaboration with Mass General Brigham and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and designed by Renzo Piano Building Workshop.Beyond his executive role, Khaled serves on the Board of United Arab Bank and the Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park, and chairs Emirates Waste to Energy. He also holds governance and advisory responsibilities across healthcare, technology, energy and investment, giving him broad exposure to strategy, institutional development, capital allocation and long-term economic priorities. His experience spans the intersection of the public and private sectors, with a particular focus on translating long-term vision into institutions, infrastructure and businesses that can operate at scale. His leadership philosophy is grounded in long-term thinking, strong governance, trust, adaptability and empowering capable teams. He believes lasting progress comes from building institutions that can evolve, create economic value and continue serving society across generations.Building institutions that matter today and for generations to come.
