As Vice President for Latin America, I lead Pinterest's regional strategy and growth for LATAM. With over two decades of experience in the digital ecosystem, my track record is defined by managing large-scale operations and developing businesses in complex markets, navigating industry paradigm shifts: from the expansion of mobile connectivity to the current revolution of Artificial Intelligence applied to business. Prior to my current role, I built a global career spanning nearly 20 years in key leadership positions at Google, overseeing market strategies and expansions across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas. My leadership is characterized by a holistic vision that combines operational excellence with strong talent management, a competency widely recognized through multiple international distinctions. I complement my executive leadership with active involvement in corporate governance and academia: I serve as a Board Member for Grupo Rotoplas and as Lead Professor of Digital Business Competitiveness at the University of San Andrés, actively contributing to shaping the next generation of business leaders.
