About

My passion for people began during my Psychology studies. Soon, I fell in love with Recruitment and Selection and the entire world of HR. I've been working as a recruiter for over 20 years, and 10 years ago, I became fascinated with and specialized in Career Management and Employability. I have more than 19 years of experience in Recruitment and Selection in major companies, and for 8 years, I was a Career Development Manager at a leading educational institution in Rio de Janeiro. Currently, I am a guest professor at FGV, teaching Career Management, Coaching and Leadership, and Recruitment and Selection. I am a Psychologist, Consultant, and Career & Outplacement Specialist. Throughout my career, I have interviewed thousands of people and know exactly what makes a candidate succeed or fail in a selection process. I have had the opportunity to implement programs and workshops focused on career development for young professionals and their entry into the job market. Today, I help professionals define and plan their careers, enhance their employability, and secure new job opportunities through LinkedIn.
