At my deepest roots, I intend to capture what is vital about work life with honesty and emotion. In recent years, I have focused on the development of Core Stability within teams and organizations — represented by a set of constructs that build foundational strength. Core stability can be relied upon when facing stress, disruption or change. The Core Masterclass focuses on skill-building for managers & team leads that embrace the notion of providing stability for contributors. My practice also includes developing proprietary diagnostics that help organizations understand what impacts their success. I have experience helping work-focused authors bring their constructs to life — through the development of custom diagnostics that dig deeper into their work. As a member of LinkedIn Top Voice program, I write The Core Files newsletter, which tackles topics related to our work life foundations. As a consultant, I have worked with organizations representing the technology, auto, non-profit & hospitality sectors.
