These roles provided invaluable exposure to the challenges companies face when scaling their teams and expanding their markets. Over time, I developed a passion for connecting businesses with the right people and helping professionals navigate their career paths. Today I serve as Partner at The Wohl Group and Co-founder of Outplacer, where I work closely with organizations across multiple industries to support recruitment initiatives. My role focuses on helping companies identify specialized talent while building long-term partnerships with leadership teams. I am also the CEO of Recruitment Made Easy, a platform designed to support recruiters, independent search professionals, and talent advisors who want to build successful recruitment businesses. Through Recruitment Made Easy, I’ve created a global community where recruiters collaborate, share candidates, exchange knowledge, and grow their personal brands.
