She is a seasoned Banker having managed different banks globally. She is an Expert Across the African continent having led business and worked in over 8 African countries. She has also led the global business in micro finance across Asia and Africa. She is an Expert in business development and transformation strategies. Some of the portfolios she has covered include: World bank, Multilateral, and Global development organizations experience. Mizinga is also the founder of When Females Lead, an organization that mentors the girl child and promotes vulnerable children. She seats on various international and Local Boards.
