About
I work in HR, talent, and people strategy, with 10+ years of experience across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.My work has taken me across 5 countries and 7+ markets, where I’ve worked on executive hiring, HR transformation, organizational design, workforce planning, performance, and talent development across different industries.I’m especially interested in how AI can make HR smarter and more effective without losing the human side of what we do. I also work as a Career Coach and enjoy helping people make better career decisions and grow with more clarity.Outside of HR, I’m a writer. I write books, novels, and poetry ..probably because understanding people has always been the common thread in everything I do.MBA in HR & AI | ICF Certified Career Coach | Certified Professional Trainer | CMI HR Management Professional | DBA Candidate📩
