About

Hi, I'm Nir. I've spent my career studying where business, behavior, and the brain meet. The work has become three books, each chasing a different question about why we do what we do. Hooked: How to Build Habit-Forming Products is about how companies can design products that build good habits in their users' lives. Indistractable: How to Control Your Attention and Choose Your Life is about how to get the best out of technology without letting it get the best of us. Beyond Belief, my latest and a New York Times bestseller, is about the beliefs that decide what we see as possible. I didn't start in research. I spent my early career in video gaming and advertising, where I saw how much psychology can move people. Sometimes for good, sometimes not. That tension is what drives my writing today. I keynote for companies like JPMorgan Chase, Standard Chartered, and the US Air Force. My talks turn the research on behavior, focus, and belief into tools leaders and teams can use immediately. The job onstage is to turn knowing into doing. Audiences include executives, product teams, and conference attendees who want the science behind better decisions, sharper focus, and lasting change. Through my books, keynotes, and newsletter, I help: - Companies build habit-forming products that improve lives - Professionals and teams reclaim focus in an age of endless distraction - Ambitious people see the invisible forces shaping their thoughts, actions, and beliefs If you want to break through your limits and do work that lasts: 👉 Join 169K+ readers at NirAndFar.com
