At AmbujaNeotia, the idea that business should meaningfully impact how people live has shaped more than just our projects, it has shaped our perspective. Values like honesty, integrity and transparency were ingrained in me early. Today they, guide how I lead and how we work across the group. After graduating from Babson and later London Business School, I began my journey within the group through the hospitality vertical. Scaling QSR formats, forging new partnerships and learning operations from the inside out. I currently serve as the Managing Director of our Healthcare Division, focusing on building assets anchored in trust, quality and long-term thinking. While healthcare remains close to heart, I stay closely engaged across real estate, hospitality and education, wherever I can add alignment or perspective. I also have the honour of serving as the Senior Vice President at the Indian Chamber of Commerce, working alongside peers and policymakers to build stronger ecosystems for growth. Most recently, I’ve launched Perspectiv with Parthiv - a podcast where I I sit down with leaders, founders, creators and pioneers who are helping move India forward, to gain a bigger perspective on business, leadership, culture and change. At its core, Perspectiv is about the conversations that influence how India thinks about business, leadership and progress.
