An employee may need someone to listen. A process may need to change because it no longer works. Sometimes the answer is a policy; sometimes it is a conversation; and sometimes it is simply understanding the situation better before deciding what to do.These experiences have shaped how I approach HR today with curiosity, context and a practical mindset.𝗜 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗛𝗥 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀.
