I started as an intern in the commercial area, where I learned that everything begins with people, humility and grit! For the past 10 years, I have been working in the People area. I delved into culture, performance, organizational transformation, innovation, talent acceleration, and leadership. And I continue learning that connecting the people area with the business is the key factor to truly creating value. I worked in commercial areas, insurance, and new businesses at América Latina Logística (ALL), experienced different cultures while working in the people area for factories, businesses in Brazil, and later in the Middle East and Africa with Kraft Heinz. I also played roles as BP and later in M&A at Nubank. I have been at iFood for 5 years, and currently, I am the CHRO of a company that takes care of people, innovates, ventures, and generates a lot of impact!
