About

If you’ve ever felt “not enough” because of your degree, your background, your accent, or because you have zero Canadian experience — this page is for you. I’m Ritika, and a few years ago, I was exactly where many international students & newcomers are today: Rejected from hundreds of jobs. Ignoring emails because I assumed they were rejections. Applying quietly, hoping something would change. A Bachelor of Kinesiology. No corporate experience. No roadmap. But everything changed when I learned how to: ✔ Build credibility with proof of work ✔ Create visibility through storytelling & personal branding ✔ Turn lived experience into opportunities ✔ Build a community that lifts you up That journey became Re-Defined, a movement that has now supported 30,000+ people across 4 countries and built a community of 50,000+ students & newcomers. Today I help: 💼 Students & newcomers convert foreign/zero experience into paid roles ✨ Founders & professionals build personal brands that open doors 🤝 Organizations understand & uplift diverse talent Along the way: 🎤 I’ve spoken at 75+ events 📣 Been featured on CTV, CBC, Globe & Mail, Toronto Star 🏢 Built partnerships with Deloitte, BMO, BrainStation & more 🌍 Hosted 45+ large-scale community events My belief: Your background does not define your potential. Your story is powerful. Your visibility is your leverage. And your career can be re-defined at any stage. If you’re navigating your career as a newcomer, student or someone from a non-traditional background — you’re not behind. You’re just getting started. 📩 Speaking + partnerships: Book a Call with me: https://topmate.io/ritika_saraswat/ Join the community: https://form.typeform.com/to/Kx3J6oCX
