Roberto Sallouti

Roberto Sallouti is CEO and a board member of BTG Pactual. He is also president of the boards of Inteli and Banco Pan, board member of V.tal, and board of advisors member of the Wharton School and Parceiros da Educação. Sallouti holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He joined BTG Pactual in 1994 and became partner in 1998. He started his career in fixed income, became COO in 2008 and CEO in 2015.As a philanthropist, Sallouti has dedicated his efforts to education, being recognized for his efforts by the Brazil Foundation and the São Paulo Legislative Chamber. He is co-founder of Inteli – Institute of Technology and Leadership – a nonprofit university committed to developing the future tech leaders of Brazil, has supported various education initiatives for public school students, and endowed scholarships at Wharton, Graded and Inteli.
