The most valuable lesson I’ve learned from being a Chief Executive Officer at Emirates Steel has been the magnificence of leadership and the power of achievement. ▪️ Leading my team and collectively work together towards a common goal ▪️ Leading several negotiation processes successfully ▪️ Successfully negotiating deals ▪️ Becoming a Vice President ▪️ Becoming a CCO ▪️ Currently CEO These are all things that I’m proud of. As a human leader, I’ve learned the significance of adapting, listening and maintaining gratitude for the present - these are excellent tools into becoming a successful leader. From starting my career as a young chemical engineer in 2003 to now being the Chief Executive Officer to Emirates steel. I’ve turned my vision and ambition into a role that’s allowed me to negotiate, build and succeed - Emirate’s steel is now one of the leading integrated steel manufacturers in the Middle East. On top of my skills, I pride myself in being recognised as a leader and challenger of the status quo.
