About
An accomplished, mission-driven executive leader with a proven track record of combining systems strategy and execution to drive meaningful and lasting change. Approaching 20 years’ experience in leadership and advisory roles in high profile organisations including the Office for Women in Sport and Recreation, Cricket Australia, the Australian Sports Commission, Champions of Change Coalition, Medibank and Macquarie, delivering successful outcomes in complex environments. I’ve worked across sport, government and corporate settings to turn transformational agendas into operational change, engaging boards, ministers, CEOs, executives and communities to reshape policy, culture and performance. As Director of the Office for Women in Sport and Recreation, I brought deep expertise in policy reform, stakeholder engagement, strategy and funding development and delivery, and high-profile advocacy to ‘transform the game’ for women and girls, introducing ground-breaking initiatives such as the Fair Access Policy Roadmap. As Head of Female Engagement at Cricket Australia, I delivered vastly improved business outcomes for the sport nationally, spearheaded by the transformation of the visibility of women’s elite cricket. I’m passionate about building inclusive organisations that benefit all, and draw energy and creativity from collaborative leadership with colleagues and communities. With a Master of Finance from INSEAD, and executive leadership courses at Wharton, Harvard and AICD, I excel at strategic insight, building coalitions, and taking people on the journey, ensuring purposeful growth, strong culture and long-term impact.
