Welcome! I work at the intersection of strategic communications, leadership, cultural diplomacy and global development—helping leaders and institutions shape narratives that build trust, influence policy, mobilize partnerships and drive meaningful change. As a Global Advisor in Strategic Communications, Leadership and Cultural Diplomacy, Executive Moderator and Executive Director of Erskine Global Communications, I advise governments, multilateral institutions, development finance organizations, corporations and founders on executive communications, leadership positioning, reputation management, stakeholder engagement and strategic storytelling. Across Africa, Europe, North America, the Middle East and the Caribbean, I facilitate high-level conversations that bring together Heads of State, ministers, CEOs, investors, entrepreneurs and global changemakers to address issues including AI, innovation, trade, sustainability, healthcare and economic transformation. Beyond the stage, I partner with executives and leadership teams to develop keynote speeches, executive messaging, leadership narratives and thought leadership strategies that strengthen reputation, inspire confidence and position organizations for long-term influence. My career began in broadcasting, where I discovered the power of storytelling to connect people across cultures. Today, storytelling remains central to my work—not simply as a communications tool, but as a catalyst for leadership, diplomacy and global collaboration. Since 2020, I have proudly served as the official host of Africa's Business Heroes, the flagship philanthropic entrepreneurship initiative of Alibaba Philanthropies and The Jack Ma Foundation, while coaching finalists from across Africa and the diaspora in executive communication and leadership presence. I am also the creator of The Leadership Voice Masterclass, equipping executives, founders and emerging leaders with the communication skills to lead with confidence, credibility and influence. I am passionate about entrepreneurship, women's economic empowerment, youth leadership, education, innovation and elevating Africa's voice globally. I also serve as a recurring juror for the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. My work has been recognized through inclusion among the Top 200 LinkedIn Creators globally, the 100 Most Influential Women in Africa, Africa's Top 50 Most Impactful Voices, and as the recipient of Trent University's Alumni of the Year Award.
