As a Project Controls leader with over 14 years of experience in the energy, mining, and industrial sectors, I am currently driving project controls excellence at Ma’aden, supporting the successful delivery of strategic capital projects that contribute to the sustainable development of the mining and resources industry.My career has been built around implementing best-in-class project controls practices, integrating planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, performance measurement, and reporting to enable informed decision-making and achieve project objectives within budget and schedule constraints. As a PMP® certified professional and Oracle Primavera certified specialist, I leverage advanced project controls methodologies and digital solutions to enhance project performance and portfolio governance.Prior to joining Ma’aden, I served as Portfolio Project Controls Manager at Worley, where I led project controls functions across complex energy and resource projects, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives, project execution, and business value realization.Earlier in my career at JESA S.A., I played a key role in the successful delivery of large-scale mining, industrial, and fertilizer projects. By leveraging BIM processes, data analytics, and visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, I helped improve project transparency, reporting efficiency, and stakeholder decision-making, contributing to the growth and modernization of the phosphate and fertilizer sector.I am passionate about transforming project data into actionable insights, building high-performing project controls teams, and delivering predictable project outcomes through innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
