Senior Product Manager working at the intersection of product, data, and engineering. I lead the Self-Service product team at Xsolla: Publisher Account, Pay Station, Site Builder, and Web Shop.I run the standard PM cycle well: discovery, requirements, prioritization, cross-team delivery. What sets me apart is that I build. Scoring engines that grade partner integrations, AI pipelines that turn thousands of support conversations into a product backlog, internal assistants on top of our knowledge base – I design them, write the code, and run them in production. Specs are better when the author has shipped something.What I’m good at: turning vague problems into structured requirements, working directly with data (SQL, BigQuery, analytics pipelines), putting LLMs into real workflows instead of demos, and writing that people actually read.
