About

I believe that an organization’s wealth lies in its people, and companies are the drivers of change that contribute to addressing the challenges facing us as a society. I received a doctorate ‘cum laude’ in Chemical Sciences and have served as Director of the Environment Agency for Madrid’s Regional Government and as Secretary General for the Prevention of Pollution and Climate Change. I am deeply impressed by people’s talent and its expression through language. My passion for history and writing comes from my love for the ancient world, and my first novel “El heredero de Tartessos” was published in 2009, the first of my ‘Hannibal trilogy’ completed in 2018 with “La cólera de Anibal.”
