About

🥷 MEET DAVE ► With more than 28 years of technology experience, including 14+ years in analytics, I am an author, LinkedIn Top Voice, Microsoft MVP, and top-rated data science trainer. I have successfully trained 1000s of professionals in applying machine learning to drive real-world business results. ⚙️ IT ORGANIZATIONS: Technology leaders work with me when building another dashboard won't get the job done. Is your BI budget at risk due to stakeholder dissatisfaction? Is your C-suite obsessed with AI, but you know it's too soon? What if you could turn your data warehouse into a crystal ball? You could tackle real-world problems like: 📈 Building better forecasts 📉 Reducing customer churn 🎯 Improving marketing outcomes 💰 WHY IT WORKS: All those years of investing in your data warehousing and reporting assets have created a treasure trove of data that can be used to build machine learning models to answer pressing business questions like: What are our customer segments? Which leads are likely to convert? Can we forecast cloud usage ? Is this claim fraudulent? ✅ HOW I DO IT: I work under two operating models depending on your business needs: 👉 "Done with You" - This is a coaching model where I train your team/organization and then help them successfully apply what they've learned. 👉 "Done For You" - This is a consulting model where I do the work on your behalf. Regardless of the model, I focus first on the nature of your business problem. Before I write any code or train your team, I partner with you to develop an understanding of your business. With this baseline knowledge, I then bring my 14+ years of hands-on analytics and data science experience to the engagement. 📞 READY TO TALK?
