I work at the intersection of leadership, governance, institution building and Pan African transformation.As Founding CEO of BLT Group and Founder & Chief Growth Officer of Rise School, I work with boards, CEOs and institutions across 30+ countries, helping to strengthen leadership, governance, culture, strategic execution and organisational performance.My governance experience spans private, public and social-impact organisations, including service as a Board Chair, Board Member, Advisory Board Member and member of a national government advisory committee, alongside confidential board advisory work across Africa.I am particularly interested in what makes leaders worth following and institutions worth inheriting — the quality of judgement around the table, the courage to confront what matters, the strength of execution, and the leadership pipelines that endure beyond current leaders.Through Rise School, we are scaling Africa’s first on-demand digital leadership platform to democratise leadership development and growth across Africa and beyond.I am a global keynote speaker, author, accredited Executive Coach, Clarity4D Practitioner and Trademark Such Coach, with a DBA, MBA in Strategy and Marketing and CPA(K).
