I’ve spent my career building businesses, solving complex problems and leading large teams across industries and geographies. My experience spans P&L ownership, strategy, operations, product and business building.I founded Early Steps Academy and built it into a global education technology business, scaling to over 120,000 learners across multiple markets. Backed by global VCs, it pioneered a never-before model of case-based, real-world learning for children - bringing together learners from across the world in a truly global K12 co-learning experience.Before that, I was with Bain & Company in the US, advising businesses across industries on strategy, growth and transformation.I began my career at Schlumberger, where over 8 years I worked across emerging markets, owning P&Ls, leading teams, managing customers and working on investments, M&A and business development.I hold an MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree from IIT Kharagpur.Outside work, I’ve been a Tabla player for years and enjoy long coffee conversations with like-minded people.
