About

Beauty entrepreneur Jaimee Lupton is the co-founder of MONDAY Haircare, being haircare, DAISE Beauty and True, along with several other beauty and personal care brands currently in development. Since launching MONDAY in 2020, Lupton has been featured in Vogue, Forbes, WWD, and Vanity Fair; was named a Mumbrella Under-30 Achiever of the Year; and was recently coined "Beauty Queen" by Lauren Sams of The Australian Financial Review. Lupton was a keynote speaker at WWD's 2025 Beauty CEO Summit and is regularly asked to share her insights at industry events. In a little over five years, MONDAY Haircare has generated over $500 million USD in retail sales, is stocked in 50 countries across 100,000 doors with 250 of the world’s biggest retailers, and is the #1 mass haircare brand on TikTok. With over three dozen beauty awards from the likes of Allure, Glamour, InStyle and Cosmopolitan, MONDAY was named Haircare Brand of the Year for 2024 by Glossy, made BeautyMatter's Future50 List for 2025, and recently named by WWD as one of "The 2026 Most Powerful Brands in Beauty."Lupton has since created several other best-selling beauty and personal care brands, including haircare brand being, Gen Alpha-focused fragrance brand DAISE Beauty, and clean body and hair care brand True. Collectively, these beauty brands are set to deliver $1 billion USD in retail sales in 2026, and have 82 major beauty awards between them. Their offices span Sydney, Auckland, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Bentonville, Chicago, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Ho Chi Minh City, Hong Kong, Ontario and Copenhagen. With half a dozen more beauty and personal care brands in development—thanks to an eye for identifying trends and the ‘white space’, paired with a business model that allows speed to market—Lupton is intent on bringing luxury beauty to mass, accessibly. With her cohort of future-focused brands, Lupton is shaking up the status quo with modern and relevant product offerings designed to excite beauty-obsessed customers based on how they shop now.Lupton is the founder of Gingernut’s Angels, an initiative she set up to provide financial grants to those with complex fertility journeys. So far, over 100 babies have been born through these efforts, and the initiative raised $2.2 million in 2026 alone. She is passionate about enabling other women's success in business, whether by supporting fellow female founders or mentoring those early in their careers. She has recently completed a post-grad at Oxford University.
