About
I lead the Climate, Energy, and Environmental policy work at Institut Montaigne, France’s leading public policy think tank. My work focuses on industrial decarbonization and climate policy in Europe and Asia, with a particular interest in Asia–EU relations around climate, economic, and technological transitions. I also explore the intersection of economic security, climate change, and clean technology. I additionally manage a team of resident Policy Officers and non-resident Fellows focused on energy, climate, and environmental policies across Europe, Asia, and France. In parallel, I serve as an associate lecturer at Kyoto University’s Joint Research Project on Renewable Energy Economics. #ClimateChange #ClimatePolicy #CarbonPricing #Governance #ClimatePolitics https://orcid.org/ https://www.institutmontaigne.org/en/experts/joseph-dellatte
