I've spent more than 25 years helping businesses grow, but not always in recruitment. My career has taken me through marketing, education, technology, consulting, and executive search. I've built businesses, led teams of more than 100 people, scaled organisations, managed P&L, launched new markets, and worked alongside business owners and executives navigating growth and transformation. 💎 Those experiences shaped one belief that has stayed with me throughout my career: Every business challenge is ultimately a people challenge. ✍️ Sometimes the answer is finding the right leader. ✍️ Sometimes it's developing the leaders you already have. ✍️ Sometimes it's building the systems, culture, and clarity that allow great people to succeed. Today, I bring those worlds together. I partner with organisations to identify and attract exceptional leadership talent across Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, Technology, Professional Services, and other growing industries. Outside my professional role, I'm the founder of Hungry Ninjas, a community built around one simple idea: opportunities grow through meaningful conversations. What started as people gathering over meals has evolved into a network where professionals learn from one another, exchange ideas, and build relationships that often become careers, partnerships, and lifelong friendships. I also enjoy sharing what I've learned through LinkedIn, speaking engagements, and mentoring.
