About

I am a real assets leader with over 27 years of experience building and scaling businesses across India and Asia.As MD & CEO of Mindspace REIT, I lead one of India’s largest listed platforms, spanning offices, data centres, hotels and a growing portfolio across Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune and Chennai. My focus is simple: create long term value through disciplined capital allocation, operating performance, client relationships and strong teams.Over my career, I have led businesses through growth, transformation and market cycles. Before Mindspace REIT, I was CEO & Country Head of JLL India and later CEO India & Managing Director, Market Development, Asia at Colliers. My experience spans real estate investment, development, active asset management, leasing, capital markets, listed vehicle expertise, scaling businesses, workplace strategy and advisory. I have worked closely with investors, developers, occupiers, boards and leadership teams across the real estate ecosystem.I remain deeply interested in the forces shaping the next decade of real assets: India’s office market, GCC growth, REITs, data centres, institutional capital and the intersection of real estate and infrastructure. My leadership philosophy is simple: simplify complexity, build trust, back good people and remain focused on the few things that create disproportionate value.Above everything, I believe businesses compound when people, culture, clients and capital are aligned.
