I have the privilege of leading HEINEKEN as CEO. It is an incredible responsibility to steward one of the world's largest and most innovative brewers, alongside green-hearted colleagues across our 70 operating companies worldwide. What excites me most is the power of our people, our brands and our purpose: brewing the joy of true togetherness. I have now lived in 8 cities in 7 countries across 6 continents; including an enriching experience volunteering with my family in Kenya. After growing up in Brazil, I started my career in finance, spending almost two decades working with clients across the globe. In 2014, hungry for a new challenge, I joined Kraft Heinz and moved to Australia to lead the business there, where I deepened my understanding of the power of brands and the importance of putting consumers first. My journey then took me to London, where I led the company's International business across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and Asia Pacific. I later had the privilege of serving as CEO of JDE Peet's, the world's leading pure-play coffee and tea company.
