For the last ten years, I have been a senior legal executive for SaaS technology companies. One of my specialties is M&A. I have significant experience leading 11 mergers and acquisitions, where I handled the negotiations and associated SEC disclosures and filings. In addition, I also handle all phases of business and legal affairs including corporate governance, IP, data privacy, securities disclosures, and compliance. I am a true growth-minded business partner. I often advise CSuite, Board members, managers, and our employees. I have built deep, trusted relationships throughout the organization. I’m very approachable and often called upon to brainstorm, offer insight and support in the formulation of new goals. I love being involved in these interactions right from the start. If I am simply waiting for business opportunities to be presented so I can find a way to say "yes", I know I've missed most of my chance to have a meaningful impact on the company.
